The Nevo Q05 is positioned as a compact electric SUV, combining a relatively short exterior footprint with a 2,735 mm wheelbase. The longer wheelbase is intended to create more usable cabin space, particularly for rear passengers. The rear seats also offer a reclining function, while the SUV has a 540-litre boot.

The Q05's exterior was developed through Changan’s international design operation, which includes designers from multiple countries. The design team is headed by Klaus Zyciora, Changan’s Global Design Vice-President and former Volkswagen Group design chief. The model has also received a Golden A’ Design Award.

Power comes from a 120 kW electric motor driving the front wheels. The Nepal-spec Q05 uses a 51.9 kWh LFP battery supplied by CATL. The battery system supports 3C charging, with DC charging capability rated at up to 162 kW.

Changan has reported strong sales for the Q05 in China. According to the company, cumulative sales had crossed 125,000 units by the end of August 2026. The model has also ranked first in China’s compact SUV segment for four consecutive months.

In Nepal, the Nevo Q05 is available in two variants. The Q05 Max is priced at Rs. 48.99 lakh, while the Q05 Ultra costs Rs. 51.99 lakh. Both variants use the same 51.9 kWh LFP battery, 120 kW motor and front-wheel-drive configuration. The higher-priced Ultra mainly differentiates itself through additional equipment and convenience features.
